Title 21 › Chapter CHAPTER 5— - VIRUSES, SERUMS, TOXINS, ANTITOXINS, AND ANALOGOUS PRODUCTS › § 156
Licenses for places that make viruses, serums, toxins, or similar products for animals must require the owner to let government inspectors look at the buildings, the products, and how they are made. After giving the license holder or importer a hearing, the Secretary of Agriculture can suspend or cancel a license or permit if it is being used to make, sell, or bring into the United States useless, contaminated, or dangerous products for treating animals.
