Create and run a toll-free phone number and a searchable website about methamphetamine. The website must include info on short- and long-term effects; treatment and prevention programs and services for drug-endangered children, with descriptions and contact details; information on grants with contacts and links; a way for qualified groups to submit items to post; a law-enforcement-only section with successful strategies and training; public access to everything not in the restricted section; and any other useful information the Council decides to add. When a qualified group sends an item, the Council must review it within 30 days to see if it can be posted and must consult the Attorney General about putting it in the restricted section. Within 45 days the Council must either post the item or tell the sender why it will not be posted and what changes could allow posting.
