Lets certain people keep doing their usual work despite the rules in section 201. Licensed doctors, dentists, and veterinarians may mix and give medicines they prescribe to their own patients, unless later rules say otherwise. Wholesale drug businesses that are loyal to the United States or that employ at least one licensed pharmacist may keep only wholesale operations, unless later rules say otherwise. Sellers who are loyal to the United States but are not pharmacists may sell poisonous materials for industry or as insect killers only in sealed packages that show the contents, the word "Poison" when practical, a usable antidote when practical, and the seller’s name and address.
