Title 21 › Chapter CHAPTER 28— - SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO FOREIGN TRAFFICKERS OF ILLICIT SYNTHETIC OPIOIDS › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER I— - SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO FOREIGN OPIOID TRAFFICKERS › § 2315
The President may give a court classified information in private when the court is reviewing a finding, or a ban, restriction, or penalty that was based on that information (classified information as defined by the Classified Information Procedures Act). This rule does not create a right to have those findings reviewed by a court. It also does not stop the United States from using any other ways to protect classified information in hearings, lawsuits, or other proceedings.
