Title 21 › Chapter CHAPTER 10— - POULTRY AND POULTRY PRODUCTS INSPECTION › § 463
The Secretary can make rules about how poultry meant for people must be stored, handled, transported, sold, frozen, or imported in commerce when needed to keep the food from being unsafe or mislabeled. People must not break those rules. The Secretary must also make any other rules needed to enforce this chapter. When using section 553(c) of title 5 for proposed rules under this chapter, the Secretary must let any interested person give an oral presentation of their views.
