Adds up to 15 years to a prison sentence for someone convicted of a drug crime under the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) or the Controlled Substances Import and Export Act (21 U.S.C. 951 et seq.) that involves methamphetamine or a listed chemical defined in 21 U.S.C. 802(33). The extra time must be served after the original sentence, and anyone who gets it is permanently banned from using or being eligible for government-approved fast-entry lanes or expedited inspection programs (for example, dedicated commuter lanes or accelerated inspection systems) when entering the United States.
