The Attorney General can give any of his duties under this part to other Justice Department officers or employees and can make and enforce rules and procedures he thinks are needed to carry out those duties efficiently. He can also accept gifts, donations, bequests, or property for the Department meant to prevent or control drug abuse, take steps to get that property, and sell or transfer it, except cash.
