If another government offers money, property, or services to help pay for part of a program under this chapter, the Secretary can accept them when the Secretary decides it is in the public interest. The money can go into a special Treasury account for that purpose and be used under this chapter, and any unused funds or property that are no longer needed must be returned to the government that provided them.
