The Commission must, as soon as it can, send copies of awards it makes for the United States or for U.S. citizens to the Secretary of the Treasury and to the Secretary of State. It must send those copies in the same order the awards were decided. If the Secretary of State asks, the Commission must also send him copies of the formal claim filings made under subsection (b) of section 1623 so they can be sent to the foreign government.
