The President must send a report to the congressional committees that handle this issue no later than one year after sending the required strategy under section 4(a), and then every year after that. The report explains how the law and its changes are being carried out. The report must cover all grants, cooperative agreements, contracts, contributions, and other assistance under section 2152f. It must say how much money was given, who got it, where programs took place, how the programs are progressing, and how many orphans and other vulnerable children were helped (directly or indirectly). It must give the results of monitoring and evaluation, the percentage of aid for children affected by HIV/AIDS, and any other relevant information about the needs of these children in developing countries that could be addressed by the assistance.
