§2174 American schools, libraries, and hospital centers abroad

The Mutual Defense Assistance Control Act of 1951, referred to in subsec. (b), is act Oct. 26, 1951, ch. 575, 65 Stat. 644, which was classified generally to chapter 20A (§ 1611 et seq.) of this title prior to its supersedure by former section 4619(e) of Title 50, War and National Defense. 1985—Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 99–83 amended subsec. (c) generally, designating existing provisions as pars. (1) and (2) and substituting provisions authorizing appropriations of $35,000,000 for fiscal years 1986 and 1987 for provisions authorizing appropriations of $20,000,000 for fiscal years 1982 and 1983. 1981—Subsec.
