Title 22 › Chapter CHAPTER 32— - FOREIGN ASSISTANCE › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER I— - INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT › Part Part III— - International Organizations and Programs › § 2223
Money from this chapter, except subchapter II, that the World Bank uses or oversees for Indus Basin work under the South Asian and free‑world cooperation program may follow the Bank’s own rules for plans, cost estimates, and feasibility instead of the rules in this chapter or other laws. Those funds may also ignore section 55305 of title 46 if the President finds following it would seriously impede the program, but only if other programs add offsetting allowances for the areas covered by section 55305.
