Defines key words used in this part of the law. "Administering body" is the organization named in section 2430g(c). "Americas Framework Agreement" is the agreement called for in section 2430g. "Americas Fund" is the Enterprise for the Americas Fund in section 2430f(a). "Appropriate congressional committees" are the House Foreign Affairs and Appropriations and the Senate Foreign Relations and Appropriations. "Beneficiary country" is an eligible country under section 2430c(a)(1). "Eligible country" is a country the President designates under section 2430b. "Enterprise for the Americas Board" or "Board" is the board created by section 1738i of title 7. "Facility" is the Enterprise for the Americas Facility in the Treasury under section 1738 of title 7.
