Title 22 › Chapter CHAPTER 6— - FOREIGN DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR OFFICERS › § 254e
Requires foreign missions, their members and families, and the people named in section 19 of the Convention on Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations of February 13, 1946, to follow insurance rules set by the Office of Foreign Missions at the State Department. The head of that office must create liability insurance rules that reasonably cover victims of harm from motor vehicles, vessels, or aircraft used in the United States and must take steps to make sure people obey those rules.
