The Treasury Secretary must tell U.S. Directors at international financial institutions to oppose loans or other uses of funds for any country the Secretary of State names under 50 U.S.C. 4605(j), 22 U.S.C. 2371, or 22 U.S.C. 2780 as repeatedly supporting international terrorism.
