Title 22 › Chapter CHAPTER 7— - INTERNATIONAL BUREAUS, CONGRESSES, ETC. › § 266
Allows up to $3,000 a year from Treasury money not already set aside to support the permanent international commission of the congresses of navigation and to pay the actual expenses of properly accredited U.S. delegates who attend its meetings. Each year the Secretary of the Army may order payment from the Treasury and must follow Army rules when spending it. U.S. delegates do not get a salary. They will be repaid for their real travel and attendance costs from this money.
