The Secretary must offer the appropriate congressional committees quarterly briefings by the Bureau of Intelligence and Research, with other bureaus as needed. The briefings must cover topics the committees ask for, current national security matters, and any other topics the Secretary thinks are necessary. They must be held at a facility that can handle Top Secret/SCI material and are in addition to other briefings, including to the Senate and House intelligence committees.
