Title 22 › Chapter CHAPTER 7— - INTERNATIONAL BUREAUS, CONGRESSES, ETC. › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER III— - KERMIT ROOSEVELT FUND › § 276bb
The board can accept money or property from Mrs. Kermit Roosevelt, give a receipt for the United States, and deposit the funds in the U.S. Treasury as the Kermit Roosevelt Fund. The fund will be used to help U.S. and U.K. military forces work together, mainly by sponsoring exchange lectures at the United States Military Academy, Sandhurst Royal Military College, and other places. If exchanges become impractical, the board with the Secretary of the Army may use the money for other ways to meet the same goal. The board may spend the principal and income and may invest or reinvest the funds under section 276cc.
