Treats civil lawsuits brought by or against the Corporation in the United States, its territories or possessions, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as if the Corporation lives in the federal district where its main U.S. office or its agent for service is located. Those cases count as arising under U.S. law, and U.S. district courts, including the courts listed in section 460 of title 28, have original jurisdiction. If the Corporation is sued in a state court, it can move the case to the right U.S. district court before trial by following the removal steps in section 1446 of title 28.
