Allows the United States Governor of the Bank to vote to increase the Bank’s callable capital by 108,000 shares at $10,000 par value. If the Board of Governors approves that increase, the U.S. Governor can agree for the United States to buy 37,303 of those new $10,000 shares under the board’s resolution. To pay for the U.S. purchase, $450,002,218 is appropriated to the Secretary of the Treasury, available without fiscal year limitation.
