Allow the U.S. Governor of the Inter-American Development Bank to vote yes on a plan to raise the Bank’s capital by $70,000,000,000, as laid out in Resolution AG–7/10 approved July 21, 2010. Allow the U.S. Governor to take on 1,741,135 more shares for the United States, but only up to amounts Congress provides ahead of time in appropriation laws. Congress may appropriate $21,004,064,337, with $510,090,175 for paid‑in shares and $20,493,974,162 for callable shares, with no fiscal year limit.
