The U.S. Governor to the International Development Association can contribute $4,075,500,000 to the Association's sixteenth replenishment if Congress approves the needed funding. Congress may appropriate $4,075,500,000, with no fiscal year limit, for the Secretary of the Treasury to pay that contribution.
