The U.S. Governor of the Bank may contribute $180,000,000 to the Asian Development Fund, but any promise to give that money requires Congress’s approval. Congress may provide up to $180,000,000 to the Treasury with no fiscal year limit, but no more than $14,116,177 is available in 1982.
