The United States Governor of the Bank may contribute $520,000,000 to the Asian Development Fund, but any promise to do so must wait until Congress approves the needed funding. To cover that payment, up to $520,000,000 may be appropriated for the Secretary of the Treasury to pay, and the money does not expire at the end of a fiscal year.
