The Director of the Office of Management and Budget must send Congress a yearly report — starting within 90 days after December 16, 2016 — listing all U.S. government contributions over $100,000 to the United Nations and its related agencies during the prior fiscal year. The report must include the total amount (including in-kind), the U.S. share as a percent of each agency’s funding, and for every contribution the amount, whether it was assessed or voluntary, the U.S. department that paid, the purpose, and the UN recipient. The first report must cover the previous three fiscal years. Within 14 days after sending the report to Congress, the Director must post a public, text-based, searchable copy on a publicly available website.
