Lets the U.S. extend the same benefits, protections, and legal treatment to the Office of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the International Civilian Office in Kosovo, and to their officers and employees, that it gives to other international organizations it joins by treaty or by a law of Congress (including when Congress approves or pays for participation). Those same benefits and protections can continue to apply to those offices and their staff even after an office has been dissolved.
