The U.S. Governor for the Fund can provide $225,000,000 to the Fund’s fourth replenishment. Any promise to make that payment must wait until Congress provides the needed funds. To pay for the U.S. contribution, Congress may set aside $225,000,000, with no fiscal year limit, for the Secretary of the Treasury to use for the payment.
