Each report must list, for every project: the original cost estimate from the funding proposal, the current cost estimate, amounts for each equitable adjustment request and each certified claim, how much of the contingency fund was used and what remains, which requests and claims are still unresolved and which are settled (with final dollar amounts), the estimated completion date from the funding proposal (as updated within 45 days after a funding Act), and the current estimated completion date. The first report must also include an annex listing all embassy projects finished in the 10 years ending December 16, 2016, showing each project’s original estimate, actual spending, extra time taken, and any cost overruns.
