Title 22 › Chapter CHAPTER 46— - INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT AND TRADE IN SERVICES SURVEY › § 3105
People must give any information the chapter requires and must follow its rules, orders, or instructions. If they do not, a federal or territorial court can make them provide the information, stop the violation, and/or make them pay a civil fine between $2,500 and $25,000. If someone purposely fails to comply or breaks the rules on purpose, they can face criminal charges. On conviction they can be fined up to $10,000 and, if a person, jailed for up to one year, or both. Corporate officers, directors, employees, or agents who knowingly take part can get the same punishments.
