Summary

Commission employees who are also members of the uniformed services keep getting their military basic pay and the Commission will not pay them for that time. If the Administrator, Deputy Administrator, or Chief Engineer is in a uniformed service, the Commission cuts their civilian pay by the amount of their military basic pay and must annually reimburse each uniformed service for any basic pay that service paid its members while they served at the Commission.
