2002—Pub. L. 107–228 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section read as follows: “There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State $15,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2000 and 2001 for grants to The Asia Foundation pursuant to this subchapter.” 1999—Pub. L. 106–113 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section read as follows: “There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for grants to The Asia Foundation pursuant to this subchapter.” 1998—Pub. L. 105–277 amended section generally.
