The President must send Congress a report no later than 30 days after the end of the last fiscal year quarter of fiscal year 1992 and within 30 days after the end of each fiscal year quarter of fiscal year 1993. Each report must say how much was spent and for what, show which programs provided the funds, describe how all U.S. government departments and agencies and the U.S. private sector took part, describe the activities and types of help given (for proposed industrial demilitarization projects, include progress on demilitarizing facilities and converting them to civilian use), and include any other information the President thinks Congress needs.
