The Task Force must send Congress a report by the date one year after October 10, 2000, and once every year after that, about its work in the prior year. Each report must say how many allegations under section 1307 of title 19 involving products of the People’s Republic of China were investigated, how many violations were found, and for each attempted illegal entry found name the exporter, the person(s) who tried to sell the goods for export, and all parties involved in transshipment; it must also include any other information the Task Force thinks is useful for monitoring and enforcing section 1307.
