Title 22 › Chapter CHAPTER 78— - TRAFFICKING VICTIMS PROTECTION › § 7105b
By October 1, 2018, the Attorney General must gather and share with all organizations that get grants to provide victim services to youth information about reliable and effective tools for spotting victims of human trafficking. Also by October 1, 2018, the Attorney General, working with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, must choose recommended ways to screen for human trafficking and encourage the youth service grantees to use those screening practices.
