Title 22 › Chapter CHAPTER 86— - CLIMATE CHANGE TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES › § 7903
The Secretary of Energy, working with the Secretaries of State and Commerce, must make a list of U.S. technologies that cut greenhouse-gas emissions and could be shared, used, and sold in the developing countries named in an earlier report. Within 180 days after finishing that list, the Secretaries of State and Energy must send Congress a joint report with the list, the main barriers to transfer and sale, related findings from past federal reports, and a market analysis.
