The President must send a report to the appropriate congressional committees no later than 90 days after July 1, 2010 about any actions by a foreign export credit agency that are like the kinds of activities listed in section 5(a) or (b) of the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996, as amended. The President must update that report whenever new information about those foreign agencies becomes available. If the Export-Import Bank of the United States plans to approve cofinancing (for example, loans, guarantees, other credits, insurance, or reinsurance) that will include a foreign export credit agency named in the report, the President must notify the same committees at least 30 days before approval, or 15 days in extraordinary circumstances, and must identify the foreign agency and the beneficiaries of the financing.
