The Energy Information Administration must send Congress a report no later than 120 days after April 24, 2024, and then once a year after that until the President makes the certification described in section 8572(i). The report must analyze Iran’s growing exports of oil and oil products. It must give yearly figures since 2018 for export revenue; barrels exported overall, to China, and to other countries; and average price per barrel overall and to China. It must describe Iran’s labeling of shipments and list the companies, ships, and ports involved. The unclassified report must be posted on the EIA website, and a classified annex is allowed.
