Secretary of State must expand travel warnings for U.S. citizens going to North Korea and update them at least every 90 days. Warnings must give public or credible open-source information about U.S. citizen detentions (including current cases and those in the 10-year period ending February 18, 2016), detentions or abductions of U.S., South Korean, or Japanese citizens, unclassified State/UN report material on the North Korean regime (such as WMD, illicit activity, sanctions violations, and human rights), and any other information the Secretary finds useful.
