President must, no later than 5 years after August 2, 2017, review everyone on the OFAC list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons for ties to Iran. The review must check if a person’s actions are connected to Iran’s ballistic missile program or to Iran’s support for international terrorism, and decide whether two specific executive orders (E.O. 13382 or E.O. 13224) apply.
