Not later than one year after December 20, 2019, and every year after that, the President must send a report to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. The report must name the energy infrastructure projects picked for U.S. help and, for each project, say the U.S. role (early- and late-stage support), list any U.S. debt financing or insurance and any early-stage support, and give a progress update as of the report date.
