The Corporation must keep a public, easy-to-use, machine-readable database with detailed information about projects it supports under subchapter II. Where possible, the database should include the same items sent to Congress, project-level performance measures, and the project’s expected and measured development effects before, during, and after the work. The Corporation must also put a clear link for each supported project on the State Department’s “ForeignAssistance.gov” website (or any replacement site).
