§151 Battle Mountain Sanitarium Reserve; establishment; rights to lands, not affected

Summary

Certain land in Fall River County, South Dakota is set aside so it cannot be settled, claimed, sold, or otherwise transferred. The area is in township 7 south, range 6 east, Black Hills meridian. It begins at the southwest corner of section 18, goes east to the southeast corner of section 18, then south to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of section 20, east to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 21, north to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of section 9, west to the center of section 7, south to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of section 7, west to the northwest corner of section 18, and back to the starting point. Any valid rights already gained in these lands are not affected.
