Allows money to be provided for basic educational support through parent committees under the Act of April 16, 1934. The funds help public schools with enrolled Indian students when federal, state, and local money together is not enough to give those students the same education as non‑Indian students in the same schools, or when without the funds schools would close or the education program would be cut.
