The Secretary of the Interior must publish an alcohol and drug abuse newsletter with help from the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of Education. It must come out once every calendar quarter, include reviews of programs the Interior Secretary finds outstanding, and give enough information so people can learn more about those programs. The newsletter must be sent free to schools, tribal and federal Indian offices, Indian Health Service offices and alcohol programs, and other groups that serve Indian people with alcohol or substance abuse services. Congress authorized $500,000 for fiscal year 1993 and allowed additional amounts as needed for each fiscal year 1994 through 2000.
