Require the Secretary of the Interior, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, working with the Secretary of Education, to review federal programs and tribal, State, local, and private resources that affect Indian children and families. The review looks at education services and school resources, family and social services, youth jobs, recreation, cultural and community activities, and similar programs. Give the review results to each Indian tribe as soon as possible so tribes can use them to create or update their Tribal Action Plans.
