Title 25 › Chapter CHAPTER 32A— - CULTURAL AND HERITAGE COOPERATION AUTHORITY › § 3057
If any part of the chapter, or the way it applies to a person or situation, is found invalid, the rest of the chapter stays in force. Nothing in the chapter changes the United States' duty to Indian tribes or the legal duties that come from it. It also does not change any valid Forest Service agreements with tribes, any tribal reserved or other rights, or any other valid rights related to National Forest or other public land.
