§3118 Regulations

Summary
The Secretary must create final rules to carry out this chapter within 18 months after November 28, 1990, unless the chapter says otherwise. The Secretary must make those rules with the affected Indian tribes taking part in the process.

Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, the Secretary is directed to promulgate final regulations for the implementation of the 11 So in original. Probably should be “this”. chapter within eighteen months from November 28, 1990. All regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall be developed by the Secretary with the participation of the affected Indian tribes.
