Title 25 › Chapter CHAPTER 36— - INDIAN EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING AND RELATED SERVICES › § 3405
A tribe must send a plan to the Secretary for approval showing how it will combine and run programs. The plan must match the chapter’s goals and explain a full strategy for finding jobs on or near the tribe’s service area, the education and training to help tribal members get those jobs, how services and funds will be combined and delivered, and the results expected — including the number of people in unsubsidized employment in the second quarter after exit. The plan must also include one budget for all consolidated funds, name any tribal agencies that will help deliver services, list laws or rules the tribe wants waived, and be approved by the tribe’s governing body.
