Title 25 › Chapter CHAPTER 9— - ALLOTMENT OF INDIAN LANDS › § 356
Undisputed claims to restricted allottees' money and uncontested agricultural or mineral leases (not oil and gas) by the allottee or heirs must be paid, approved, or rejected by Superintendent for Five Civilized Tribes of Oklahoma. Anyone unhappy may appeal to the Secretary of the Interior within 30 days.
