§3745 Authorization of appropriations

Summary
Money may be provided as needed to carry out the work in this chapter. Any work required by subchapter II must be paid only from funds provided under this chapter, and whenever possible it should be coordinated with work paid from other sources.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
(b)The activities required under subchapter II may only be funded from appropriations made pursuant to this chapter. To the greatest extent possible, such activities shall be coordinated with activities funded from other sources.
